Wade Thomas is an experienced litigator, with over seven years of trial and appellate experience. Mr.
Thomas received his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He served as Assistant
Attorney General for the State of Missouri, and Assistant Circuit Attorney for the City of St. Louis, Missouri.
Mr. Thomas has tried over 35 jury trials, he has briefed and argued appeals before the Missouri Court
of Appeals, the Missouri Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Thomas has a wide variety of experience in representing insurance companies and their
insured, specializing in first-party coverage disputes, personal injury, premises liability and
contract litigation.
Mr. Thomas is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois and Kansas, as well as United States District Court,
Eastern District of Missouri, United States District Court, Western District of MIssouri and United
States District Court District of Kansas. He is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St.
Louis and the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers. Mr. Thomas has served as judge and evaluator
for high school and law school moot court and negotiation competitions.
