Christopher M. Garcia is an associate at Boggs, Boggs & Bates, LLC. He received
his Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the Ohio State University in 2001. Mr. Garcia received his J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2004. During law school, he received the CACI award for the highest grade in the Fall of 2002 in Copyright Law Class. He was also a student attorney in the Environmental Law Class, and received the Environmental Law Certificate for completion of significant course work in Environmental Law.
Mr. Garcia is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri and Illinois, including the United States District Court for the Southern District of Illinois. He concentrates his practice on insurance coverage issues, including policy analysis, interpretation and statutory conformity.
