Ernest Brasier
Ernest Brasier practiced with Boggs, Boggs & Bates from 2003 until his death in 2006, first as an associate and later as a partner. He concentrated his practice in the area of tort litigation defense, trying more than 100 civil jury trials. He defended personal injury cases including automobile liability, personal liability, product liability, professional liability, municipal liability, and civil rights litigation. In addition , Mr. Brasier briefed appeals and conducted oral arguments before the Missouri Court of Appeals in both the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.

Mr. Brasier was a member of the Missouri Bar Association, the Jackson County Bar Association, and the St. Louis County Bar Association. He served as a mediator in personal injury matters and was on the panel of mediators for the Circuit Court of the City of St. Louis. He was a graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law.

In addition to his practice, Mr. Brasier served as a judge and as an evaluator for both high school and college Moot Court Competitions. Mr. Brasier also participated in the Volunteer Lawyers' Program for Legal Services of Eastern Missouri. During his career, he volunteered to represent numerous clients who otherwise would not have had legal representation.
